Is it ok to place hamster's cage on the desk near computer?
September 4th, 2010I am getting a hamster this week and though I’ve read tons of information on how to care about it, I can’t find any particular info on where I shall put it’s cage.
The best place I could come up with, it’s my computer desk. It is high so my dog won’t be able to get to hamster, it is far from straight sun light and cold air-flow yet its near computer.
Any advice?

I love it but i recently bought new bedroom furniture, and its dark mahogany and my computer stand is light. Does anyone know where they have small dark mahogany-ish computer desks at? Also it would have to be close to the measurements in the picture since I’m in a small space. Help please!

Options to go other than the standard Computer Desk?
August 19th, 2010I have a fairly small room, which has become wall to wall furnature and i am wanting to make a change. One of the things taking up the most space in the room is my desk(which i only use for my computer) and I am curious if any of you know any alternatives that could be used instead of a big computer desk.. Like a chair with a slide over trey to rest your laptop on, or a small cart on wheels that would be adustable to any height for a chair or bed? I’m really wanting to cut down on all the junk in my room and almost go minimalist, while not loosing too much comfort and ease of operating my computer.
Any Help and/or ideas would be greatly appriciated, as well as links to products or product names! thanks!
